Le thème du workshop est « Le Manageur et le Stress en opération » dans la continuité du thème de la 11e édition de 2021. Cela concerne les manageurs d’équipes de pilotes de systèmes techniques complexes (avions, hélicoptères, robots UGA UVA, navires, sous-marins, navettes spatiales…), pour le pilotage à distance (téléopération) ou le pilotage direct (engin habité), et se limite aux contextes d’intervention. L’objectif est de partager les expériences diverses et les solutions développées pour 1) mieux connaître, anticiper et gérer le stress des manageurs, et 2) évaluer puis ajuster l’effet du stress du manageur sur les équipes et sur les missions.

Le programme préliminaire est joint à cet email. Quatorze conférenciers de France (ENSOSP), Japon, Allemagne, Grande-Bretagne analyseront le stress des opérationnels avant, pendant, après et aussi en parallèle de l’opération.

The next edition of the International Workshop INTRA (IWIN2023) is scheduled on October 12, 2023 in Beaumont en Véron (France), near the Chinon nuclear power plant. The theme of the workshop is "The Manager and the Stress in operation" in line with the theme of the 11th edition of 2021. This concerns managers of pilot teams of complex technical systems (aircraft, helicopters, UGA UVA robots, ships, submarines, space shuttles, etc.), for remote piloting (teleoperation) or direct piloting (manned machines), and is limited to intervention contexts. The objective is to share the various experiences and solutions developed to 1) better know, anticipate and manage the stress of managers, and 2) evaluate and adjust the effect of manager stress on teams and missions.

The preliminary program is attached to this email. Fourteen speakers from France, Japan, Germany and Great Britain will analyze operational stress before, during, after and also in parallel with the operation.
